National Helpline for Farmers:
Farmers can place a toll-free call on Bayer’s national helpline number ‘HELLO BAYER’ from both landline and mobile phones between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Calls are answered by local agri-experts from 11 call centers spread across the country. The facility is available in Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kashmiri, Kannada, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odiya, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu.
